Who this policy covers
This policy describes Marble Table for iPhone and iPad and this official website. “Marble Table,” “we,” and “us” refer to the developer of the Marble Table app. Privacy questions may be sent to marbletableapp@gmail.com.
Information used by the app
The app may process level progress, points, control and appearance settings, tutorial state, challenge participation, purchase entitlement status, and advertising-consent choices.
Device motion is processed in real time only when you select Device control. Raw motion samples are not recorded or transmitted by Marble Table. Progress, preferences, tutorial history, and privacy choices are stored locally on your device. Deleting the app removes app-local information, subject to Apple-managed backup behavior.
Apple services
When enabled, Game Center supplies player identity and leaderboard functionality. Scores and related gameplay information may be transmitted to Apple. In-App Purchases are processed by Apple. We receive the entitlement and transaction status needed to provide ad-free play, but not your payment-card information. Apple’s own processing is governed by its policies and your Apple Account settings.
Advertising and consent
The free version may show Google AdMob advertising at natural table boundaries. Google and participating partners may process device identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, advertising interactions, diagnostics, and other data described in Google’s advertising disclosures, depending on region, consent, and device settings.
Before consent is gathered, Marble Table uses limited advertising treatment. Where required, Google presents regional consent choices before ads are requested. iOS separately asks whether Marble Table may use an advertising identifier for ads across other companies’ apps and websites. If either choice is declined, the app continues with limited ads without the iOS advertising identifier. The ad-free purchase prevents ad requests after StoreKit verifies the entitlement.
Firebase and diagnostics
Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics are included to help understand gameplay reliability and crashes. Their collection is off until you voluntarily enable “Share Analytics & Diagnostics” in Settings › Privacy, and you can turn it off again at any time.
When enabled, Firebase may process app interactions, device and app information, identifiers, diagnostics, and crash data for analytics and app functionality. We do not sell personal information. Apple and Google may handle information as service providers or independent controllers for their respective services.
Your choices and rights
Settings › Privacy lets you enable or disable optional analytics and diagnostics, manage applicable Google advertising choices, and review the iOS tracking setting. iOS Settings controls system permissions, while your Apple Account controls Game Center and purchases. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or consent withdrawal for information controlled by us by emailing the address below. See Privacy Choices for practical steps.
Children
Marble Table does not knowingly request names, email addresses, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, or other directly identifying information from children. The app’s age rating, advertising treatment, and consent configuration will remain aligned with the audience selected in App Store Connect.
